Margin/frame around thumbnails

In the Modern template I have a 15 pixel frame around all pictures. Where can I change this?
Thanks

Re: Margin/frame around thumbnails

Sorry, please read "frame" as "borders". Have found out that this seemingly is controlled from layout.css, but exactly where?

Re: Margin/frame around thumbnails

Found out this had to be changed with "padding". So now I got them reduced, However at the same time I increased the thumb sizes to 150, but only to get the problem that summary texts are starting 40px inside the thumbs. Have tried to change virtually all margins in Moderns layout.css but to no avail sad

Is Modern really the only theme with slideshow? Would have changed to Neat2 otherwsie, but I like the slideshow function.

BTW Singapore is pretty fantastic, and it is really a shame that development has stopped. None of the "big" galleries comes close to Singapore in terms of performance, ease of use, and nice design. Would have loved some further development with exif and flash. Gallery2 and Coopermine sucks compared to Singapore! This is pretty fantastic of a gallery with a 280 KB zip-file compared to competitors with 10-20 GB

Re: Margin/frame around thumbnails

Change margins in "h3" and ".sgGallery p" to change text positions. I went from 130px to 170px and everything looks fine again.

Re: Margin/frame around thumbnails

Well modern has very little to no support and can be problematic in many browsers so your prety much on your own with that one, I would try another template we have many slick custom templates in the lab ... http://sgal-lab.primaveraphoto.com/

as far as slide show yes it is theres a experimental version of flash loaded slide show I was working on a ways back but thats it. that I know of.

You might try moding neat 2 with somthing like this.
go here http://www.clickcraft.net/gal_pp/demo.p … slide_show

and click the link slide show.

So it is slide show that drew you to modern? interesting.

As I have said in other posts the dev who made modern seems MIA

We are glad you like SGAL so much and have compaired it to others and have chosen SGAL over them. one of the great things is easy set up and no MYSQL DB required.
