No more "save image as"

Since moving from the .9 to .10 version I can no longer right click on an image and choose "save image as".  Yes I know I can get by this by viewing source but that's a pain.  I'm using the neat2 template if that makes a difference.  Is there anything I can do to change this behavior other than going back to the old version?

Re: No more "save image as"

Yes it does, as neat2 has that disabled as a feature in some versions. You would need to edit the image template.

look for oncontextmenu="return false;" and remove it.

Re: No more "save image as"

Could I be getting it from somewhere other than the template?  I searched through all the php files in the template and even mail.css and template.ini just for kicks.

e: I did a full text search through all my files for the whole site and found no instances of oncontextmenu.  I searched for only "context" as well and the only entry for that was in advanced.html, which wasn't it.

Re: No more "save image as"

Please provide a link to your site so I can look.
We made a few special versions, need to see if yours has the code.
I have looked and it is not in the standard templates, so I will need to see what the prob is with your version.

Re: No more "save image as"

No problem I will go and look your post has been edited so no worry :-)

Ok your site does not contain the code thats why you can't find it :-) however you have IMAGE mapping set that lets you go Prev Next via the image turn that off and you should re-gain right click save.

See the dif with our demo yours does not work that way ...
http://sgal-lab.primaveraphoto.com/view … ge=007.jpg

Note there's no image mapping on the image.
but you still can't right click so this is not your prob.

PS nice site pics by the way you must be a photog :-)
Check this out, this is one of our moderators sites we have totaly integrated the script into his site hes a photog as well ...

Have a peek so you can see with SGAL skys the limit.
Based on how much you want to dive into the code.

Re: No more "save image as"

Awesome!  I had totally forgotten about that, thank you!  I don't have a job in photography but I've been a serious amateur for about 15 years.

Something else, I remember seeing something in .9 to do this but I don't recall how was to have singapore clean up the urls a bit, something like

http://domain.net/index.php?gallery=Por … G_5450.png

would show instead as

http://domain.net/Portraits/Ana/IMG_5450

Can this still be done?

Re: No more "save image as"

Well you have done a nice job.

Modifying URL's can be done, Yes but it must be done with htaccess
Mod Rewrite.  many times not so simple to get working correctly.

Here's a little info.
