Turkish Language Problem Of Meta

Hi Folks...

There is an option about Turkish language. But it is a bit problematic. In the script, there are some letter errors. They can't be shown in the browser or shown in a wrong way. ", , , " and some other letter are not shown. I think that meta tag is the problem but which file should i modify. I can add a meta tag but which one?...

You can add meta tags or other info to the template file you are using.

"Sit! Stay!" You will hear these two words in any dog owner's home. It's easy to see how these cues count as communication, but dogs don't speak English and so the power is not in the words, the power is how you use them. You could pick any word out of the dictionary at random and teach a dog how to sit when he hears it. The problem is that dogs can only remember so many commands and so good trainers figure out ways to simplify the situation.
